Own-label production — Mercewell
Own-label production

Your label, woven in.

Not a sticker over ours. Your label goes into the garment at the mill, on the same line as everything else we produce.

How it works

Start from a style we already make. No pattern development, no sampling fees.
One

Pick the blank

Any style on the line sheet. Take a trial run first to check the fit and the hand before you commit to a full style.

Two

Send your artwork

A logo file and your size ratio is enough. We come back with a label proof before anything is woven.

Three

We produce

Labels are woven and set into the garment on the line. Our auditors sign the batch off before it is packed.

Four

It arrives ready to sell

Polybagged, barcoded and cartoned to your spec — straight onto the shelf or into the fulfilment centre.

What you can put your name on

Each trim adds pence per piece — itemised on the line sheet, added to the unit figure. Everything else — duty, freight, clearance — stays inside the landed price. Minimums are per style, rounded up to full packs.

Why not just use a sourcing agent

No tech pack

Agents need a spec sheet, graded patterns and a designer to produce them. You start from a garment we already make and know.

A minimum you can afford

300 pieces per style, not 500 per style per colour — and you can mix sizes freely within it.

One party, one price

One price, not a mill quote with a commission stacked on top. No freight to arrange yourself, no customs bill arriving after the goods.

Put your name on it.
